How to Pray with your Rosaries
Rosaries can be used for meditative prayers, each prayers consist of repeated sequences, below is an example of a common and traditional way of how to use your Rosaries during prayer Meditation
Take to rosary beads and hold them in your left hand letting the cross hang down, then take your right hand and hold the cross. You are know ready to start saying your prayer
Moving up the chain and hold the first bead between your thumb and forefinger The our Farther
Next move your fingers up to the next individual bead, and say the a selected prayer e.g Glory be or 1st Mystery Our Farther
Move up to the the first set of 7 beads in a counterclockwise motion around the rosary. Take the first bead and say the prayer for the the week (The joyful mysteries ). Repeat on the 6th bead, taking a deep breathing breath between each bead.
Next cruciform dividing the beads and saying a cruciform (the Apostles Creed) again. After move on to the second "week" of 7 beads. repeat as before the chosen prayer for all the 4 weeks. The joyful mysteries, The mysteries of Light, The Sorrowful Mysteries and The Glorious Mysteries
Then finish the rosary prayer with a prayer while holding the cross this prayer can be anything from the heart
